完全可以。认购书仅是和开发商之间的协议,所以完全可以更改;合同是由当地房屋管理局统一的格式,是需要备案的,备案后不能更改。需要身份证明资料就可以了,比如身份证.户口本,结婚证。当然,也得符合当地购房条件,如限购等。
