10.上班无故迟到、旷工者,按公司考勤管理办法严格执行;严格遵守公司作息时间,旷工早退者,同第七条;
11.每月休息4天,为串休工作日,上班请假须提前3天找公司经理批准后生效;并签写请假条上交,凡口头请假均视为无效;
12.每天定时收拾各自办公区域,做到整洁明亮。如未达到标准者,罚款20元;如有异议,到会计部索要本月工资,自行离开;
13.严守公司秘密,严禁私自将公司的文件、技术资料带出。不允许私自挪用或私藏客户定金、工程款,违反者严肃处罚;
14.设计师有责任对所设计的工程协助办理中期增减项并签字,如因设计师未签字的增项款,不计入提成范围;如因设计师原因,增项款未被收回或未达到公司标准。设计师承担处罚,提成减半;
15.拖延不能办理中期增减项所造成的损失,设计师承担责任;
16.不论任何原因、任何情况,在公司与客户与员工发生争执,承担处罚;
17.以上日常工作行为规范,请各设计师严格遵守,违反规定者,依照情节轻重处以50-500元的罚款和劝告;
