4、各地房地产管理机关与司法公证机关可以根据本地情况,制定本地其他房产事项必须公证的规定;
5、有关办理公证和房产登记的程序事宜。除《关于房产登记管理中加强公证的联合通知》外,国家、地方在一系列法律、法规、规章中规定,如国务院《关于外国人私有房屋管理的若干规定》规定,办理涉及房屋所权登记或转移、变更登记手续的证件必须办理公证。国务院《城市房屋拆迁管理条例》规定,房屋拆迁的,补偿、安置协议必须办公证。代管房屋、有产权纠纷的房屋、在规定的期限内抵押人与抵押权人达不成新的抵押协议的房屋的拆迁,应当由公证机关办理证据保全。城建部《城镇房屋所有权登记暂行办法》规定,委托他人代办房屋所有权登记的,委托书须经公证机关公证。各专业银行规定,涉及房屋抵押的抵押贷款合同或抵押担保文件要经公证机关公证。许多地方法规中也规定,私有房屋的继承、赠与、析产、买卖、转让、抵押、租赁、商品房和住房制度改革中的职工住房的预售、买卖、抵押、转让、继承、赠与、互换等,应当办理公证。房产公证费用包括哪些内容?

一、外国人买房需要哪些条件
(一)购房人员需要在中国居住满一年。

1、权利人为2人以上的,递交共有申请,申请权利人不具备完全行为能力的,应递交监护证明及监护人身份证(护照)复印件;
