1.管道布置设计应符合工艺管道及仪表流程图的要求;
2.管道布置应统筹规划,做到安全可靠、经济合理、满足施工、操作、维修等方面的要求,并力求整齐美观;
3.在确定进出装置(单元)的管道的方位与敷设方式时,应做到内外协调;
4.厂区内的全厂性管道的敷设,应与厂区内的装置(单元)、道路、建筑物、构筑物等协调,避免管道包围装置(单元),减少管道与铁路、道路的交叉;
5.管道应架空或地上敷设;如确有需要,可埋地或敷设在管沟内;
直埋蒸汽保温管规格。聚氨酯保温直埋管从节约能源、降低造价、缩短施工周期、保护环境多方面来看,不仅具有传统地沟和架空敷设管道难以比拟的技术和实用性能,而且具有显著的社会效益和经济效益,但一个优质的直埋供热管道工程还必须具备设计合理、保温管道质量可靠1精心施工3个条件。由于直埋供热技术在我国起步较晚,以上3个条件尚需不断完善。公司以客户为中心,以高新技术为先导,保持与国际先进技术同步发展,严把产品质量关,使我们的各类产品畅销全国29个省市自治区,广泛用于供热,建筑,石油、电力、化工、冷藏、船舶,冶炼、中央空调等行业,产品质量在同行中处于领先地位,并得到相关部门的认可和广大客户的一致好评,信誉卓著从工程实践中出现的质量问题来看,应在设计和施工中特别注意以下几个问题:
一、在设计和施工中,一定要真正理解供热管道直埋敷设方式分为有补偿直埋敷设及无补偿直埋敷设两种方式,确实掌握两种方式各自的工作原理,特点及其应用场合,以便在设计上合理选用,施工上安全、可靠、经济。1.首先要掌握概念:有补偿直埋敷设方式,是通过管线自然补偿和补偿器(如方形和波纹管补偿器)来解决管道热伸长量的,从而使热应力为最小;无补偿直埋敷设,简单地说就是管道在受热时没有任何补偿措施,而是靠管材本身强度来吸收热应力。2.无补偿敷设方式的基本原理:在安装管道时,首先给管道加热到一定温度,然后将管道焊接固定,当管道恢复到安装温度时(温度降低),管道预先承受了一定的拉应力。当管道通热工作时,随着温度的升高,管道应力为零,当继续升温时,管道的压应力增加,当温度升到工作温度时,管道的压应力(热应力)仍小于许用应力。这样,管道可以不用补偿装置而正常工作了。这种无补偿方式应用第四强度理论,施工时需要对管道预热,施工比较麻烦,但国内外已有大量工程实践,理论计算可靠,能确保安全。另一种无补偿方式是近几年由我国北京煤气热力设计院提出的计算方法和应力分类采用安定性分析,应用第三强度理论。这种方式充分发挥钢材塑性潜力,施工方便,无需预热。3.两种敷设埋设深度考虑不同因素。
(1)当确定采用有补偿直埋敷设方式时,埋设深度只考虑由于地面荷载的作用不会破坏管道的稳定便可,从经济、施工方便等方面考虑。当采用有补偿直埋敷设方式时,尽量浅埋,一般覆土厚度大于0.6米即可,且与管径大小无关。
(2)当采用无补偿直埋敷设方式时,埋设深度要考虑管道的稳定要求,稳定性主要与覆土厚度有关,一般比有补偿埋得深,当采用不预热的无补偿直埋敷设管道时,最小覆土深度应按《城市热网设计规范》(CJJ34—90)第7.2.15条执行,覆土厚度应与管径大小成正比。4.设计中究竟采用无补偿敷设还是有补偿敷设方式,原则是直管道较长,中间分支较少,供热介质不超过100℃时,应优先选用无补偿敷设方式,否则,应考虑有补偿敷设方式。具体的热网主干线应采用无补偿敷设方式,而分支庭院管网则应采用有补偿敷设方式,但目前有的设计者偏爱有补偿敷设,应提倡优化设计。
二、施工前必须对生产预制聚氨酪保温直埋管的厂家进行调研,进场后认真进行检验,对不合格的保温管拒绝使用。
三、在直埋管道施工中,焊接是一项保证工程质量的关键工作。1.必须是取得合格证书的焊工,方可在合格证书准许的范围内施焊,没有合格证书的焊工绝对不能参加焊接施工。2.焊接管接头时,应做好工作坑,且应注意接头打坡口及接头焊接质量。
四、固定支架,各种井室的施工质量直接影响工程质量和管道的使用寿命,如井室防水不好,将使部件因浸水遭到破坏。因此,应认真施工,确保施工质量。
五、必须重视直埋管管道的打压,在满足打压条件下,首先进行灌水排净空气,然后分两步做:1.强度试验:把管道内的压力升至工作压力的1.5倍后,在稳压10分内无渗漏。2.严密性试验:把管内的压力降至工作压力时,用1kg的小锤在焊缝周围对焊缝逐个进行敲打检查,在30分钟无渗漏且压力降不超过0.2个大气压即为合格。3.应按规范要求做好试压记录。
六、现场接头保温施工。这一项内容是直埋管道施工特有的,施工质量好坏直接影响使用寿命,必须引起足够重视。保温管现场接头保温须在试压合格后方可进行,保温层有现场发泡施工和保温瓦施工两种方法,不管采用哪种方法施工,都不能出现环形空间,开裂、脱层等缺陷,保护层的做法有多种(如高密度聚乙烯和玻璃钢保护层),但都必须保证接头的整体性,严密性,防水性。七,回填土应在管道试压,接头,竣工测量,清扫完毕后方可进行,且必须按直埋管施工特点回填规定厚度砂子,千万不可偷工减料。
八、工程验收,因直埋供热管埋于地下,绝大部分属于隐蔽工程,如果竣工验收不认真,竣工资料不详细,将会影响以后的使用

走线架安装有哪些规范:
(一)作业条件
1、技术准备:审阅设计图纸,现场勘查电气设备的安装位置和电缆桥架安装的路由;电缆桥架途径;建筑结构类型;预埋件和预留孔洞的位置、尺寸。
2、编制施工方案:根据阅图和勘察记录,选定电缆桥架在不同建筑结构路段的安装形式;根据合同工期和施工人员组成确定施工组织。确定施工方案时应遵循如下规定:
(1)电缆桥架应尽可能在将筑物、构筑物(如墙柱梁、楼板等)上安装。
(2)电缆桥架的总平面布置应做到距离最短有满足施工安装、电缆敷设的要求。
(3)梯架或有孔托盘水平敷设时距地面高度不低于2.5m;线槽、无孔托盘局地高度不低于2.2m。但敷设在电气专用房间(如配电室、电汽竖井、技术层)内除外。
(4)桥架垂直敷设时,在距第1.8m以下部分应加金属盖保护,但敷设在电气装用房间内是可除外。
