房屋转让过户的规定
投入使用的房地产买卖双方,应当签订房地产买卖合同,合同文本可以使用房屋土地管理局制定的示范文本,也可使用自制合同。使用自制合同的,当事人在过户申请前应委托经市房地局认定的法律服务机构进行预审,法律服务机构对符合规定的自制合同,提出预审合格意见。市、区、县房地产交易管理机构受理过户申请后,应对买卖双方提供的申请过户资料进行审核,审核内容如下:
