1.0.3现有建筑抗震加固前,应依据其设防烈度、抗震设防类别、后续使用年限和结构类型,按现行国家标准《建筑抗震鉴定标准》GB50023的相应规定进行抗震鉴定。
1.0.4现有建筑抗震加固时,建筑的抗震设防类别及相应的抗震措施和抗震验算要求,应按现行国家标准《建筑抗震鉴定标准》GB50023—2009第1.0.3条的规定执行。
3.0.1现有建筑抗震加固的设计原则应符合下列要求:
1加固方案应根据抗震鉴定结果经综合分析后确定,分别采用房屋整体加固、区段加固或构件加固,加强整体性、改善构件的受力状况、提高综合抗震能力。
2加固或新增构件的布置,应消除或减少不利因素,防止局部加强导致结构刚度或强度突变。
3新增构件与原有构件之间应有可靠连接;新增的抗震墙、柱等竖向构件应有可靠的基础。
4加固所用材料类型与原结构相同时,其强度等级不应低于原结构材料的实际强度等级。
5对于不符合鉴定要求的女儿墙、门脸、出屋顶烟囱等易倒塌伤人的非结构构件,应予以拆除或降低高度,需要保持原高度时应加固。
3.0.3现有建筑抗震加固设计时,地震作用和结构抗震验算应符合下列规定:
1当抗震设防烈度为6度时(建造于Ⅳ类场地的较高的高层建筑除外),以及木结构和土石墙房屋,可不进行截面抗震验算,但应符合相应的构造要求。
2加固后结构的分析和构件承载力计算,应符合下列要求:
1)结构的计算简图,应根据加固后的荷载、地震作用和实际受力状况确定;当加固后结构刚度和重力荷载代表值的变化分别不超过原来的10%和5%时,应允许不计入地震作用变化的影响;在条状突出的山嘴、高耸孤立的山丘、非岩石的陡坡、河岸和边坡边缘等不利地段,水平地震作用应按现行国家标准《建筑抗震设计规范》GB50011的规定乘以增大系数1.1~1.6;
2)结构构件的计算截面面积,应采用实际有效的截面面积;
3)结构构件承载力验算时,应计入实际荷载偏心、结构构件变形等造成的附加内力;并应计入加固后的实际受力程度、新增部分的应变滞后和新旧部分协同工作的程度对承载力的影响。
3当采用楼层综合抗震能力指数进行结构抗震验算时,体系影响系数和局部影响系数应根据房屋加固后的状态取值,加固后楼层综合抗震能力指数应大于1.0,并应防止出现新的综合抗震能力指数突变的楼层。采用设计规范方法验算时,也应防止加固后出现新的层间受剪承载力突变的楼层。
3.0.6抗震加固的施工应符合下列要求:
1应采取措施避免或减少损伤原结构构件。
2发现原结构或相关工程隐蔽部位的构造有严重缺陷时,应会同加固设计单位采取有效处理措施后方可继续施工。
3对可能导致的倾斜、开裂或局部倒塌等现象,应预先采取安全措施。
