装修费用有会计处理,分二种情况分别处理:一,假如房屋产权是你单位的,那么装修费用计入该房屋的固定资产原值;二,假如房屋是租赁的,也就是说,房屋的产权不是你单位的,装修费用按照租赁合同期限,在合同的有效期限内按月摊销。价格来源网络,请自行核实。

应该分情况来确定:
1、假如办公室是租来的,则装修费用计为待摊费用,在租赁期内摊销完毕。
2、假如办公室是自有物业,记入“固定资产”,而装修费用低于办公室原值的50%,或使用年限不足2年的,可作为固定资产大修理支出直接记入当期费用直接列支。补充:租来的好办,看租赁合同,按照合同上的租赁期分摊。
装修材料、质量、时间是否符合合同要求,最好分项目付款,每一项完工后付75%~80%留一部分质保金,质保期限到期后在付尾款。
