《水工挡土墙设计规范》(SL379-2007)水利部水利水电规划设计管理局水规局科〖2001〗1号“关于下达2001年度水利水电勘测设计技术标准制定、修订项目计划及主编单位的通知”将《水工挡土墙设计规范》(以下简称“本规范”)列为水利行业标准的制定标准项目,并指定由江苏省水利勘测设计研究院负责编制。本规范共8章19节159条和3个附录,其主要技术内容包括:总则、术语、级别划分与设计标准、工程布置、荷载、稳定计算、结构计算和地基处理等。本规范是我国首次编制的水工挡土墙设计规范。在编制过程中,总结了国内水工挡土墙的主要设计方法,参考了有关工程实践经验和科学研究成果,经多方面征求意见,并反复讨论和修改后,由本规范主持机构审定。本规范的强制性条款有:3.2.2、3.2.7、3.2.8、3.2.10、3.2.11、3.2.12、3.2.13、3.2.14、6.3.1、6.6.3、6.3.4,并以黑体字标识。
施工手册当中明确规定了:1泄水孔应平局设置,在每米高度上间隔2米左右设置一个排水孔。2泄水孔与土体间铺设长宽各为300mm厚200mm的卵石或碎石做疏水层。挡土墙内测回填土必须分层夯填,分层松土厚度应为300mm。墙顶土面积有适当坡度使流水流向墙外侧面。
设计标准 1 永久性水工挡土墙的洪水标准应与所属水工建筑物的洪水标准一致。所属水工建筑物的洪水标准应按现行的*标准《防洪标准》(GB 50201-94)、GB 50288-99、GB 50286-98、GB/T 50265-97和现行的水利行业标准SL 252-2000、SL 265-2001、SL 253-2000等标准的规定确定。 2 城市防洪工程中永久性水工挡土墙的洪水标准,应按现行的行业标准CJJ 50-92的规定确定。 3 临时性水工挡土墙的洪水标准应根据水文、气象等条件,结合当地工程经验,按表3的规定幅度合理选定。对失事后果严重的重要工程,应考虑遭遇超标准洪水的应急措施。
