1、 消防管道压力试验,严密性试验。当系统设计工作压力等于或小于1.0Mpa时,水压强度试验压力应为设计工作压力的1.5倍,并不应低于1.4Mpa;当系统设计工作压力大于1.0Mpa时,水压强度试验压力应为该工作压力加0.4Mpa。对管网注水时,应将管网内的空气排净,并应缓慢升压,达到试验压力后,稳压30min,目测管网无泄漏和无变形为合格,且压力降不应大于0.05Mpa。水压严密性试验应在水压强度试验和管网冲洗合格后进行。试验压力应为设计工作压力,稳压24h,无泄漏为合格。 2、管道压力试验,严密性试验。当设计没有注明时,各种材质的给水管道系统试验压力均为工作压力的1.5 倍。但不得小于 0.6MPa。对管网注水时,应将管网内的空气排净,并应缓慢升压,达到试验压力后,试验压力下观测10min,压力降不应大于0.02 MPa为合格,然后严密性试验,将压力降到工作压力1.15倍状态下稳压2 h【小时】进行检查,不渗不漏为合格。注:消防管与给水管试验压力表均安装在系统的最低部位。压力试验技术规范里,只有最低压力标准的要求与时间。最高的试验压力还要看每个工程图纸的设计说明为准。希望我的回答能帮助到你!
消防给水管道安装规范1.1 供水范围的确定原则 为减少消防泵房的设置,节约工程投资和平时的设备维护,设计人员总希望消防系统覆盖的范围尽可能大些。但笔者认为,一味扩大系统的供水范围,将导致消防水泵扬程过高、电机功率过大,对电源的要求更高。另外由于消防水泵扬程大,导致消防泵房近处管网压力过高,从而对管材及施工要求高,并且为了达到管网的均衡供水,需要设置大量减压措施。当供水范围过大时,根据规范要求,同一消防系统可能要考虑两处火灾的同时发生,因而增加了消防水泵和管网的供水量,也给消防施救带来困难。系统过大,稳压水泵的供水量增加,从而增加了日常运行费用。因此,消防系统的供水范围应经过经济技术比较确定。笔者认为,系统供水范围以在最不利情况下室外管网总水头损失≤0.2~0.3MPa为宜。 1.2 消防水量的确定 系统内装置及罐区分别进行计算,取最大值作为系统消防供水量。贮罐消防冷却水量的计算,因介质及类型的不同根据规范要求的冷却供水强度进行计算。工艺装置的消防用水量,应根据其规模、火灾危险性类别等综合考虑确定。 2 水泵的设置 2.1 消防水泵的设置 消防水泵的流量应能满足系统范围内最大消防水量的要求。消防水泵的扬程计算,应按消防环网中一条主干管发生故障时,其余的主干管仍能通过全部消防水量的前提下,计算最不利点所需要的水泵扬程。如果局部水头损失无法准确计算,可为沿程水头损失的10%~20%。最不利点的确定应充分考虑最大的消防水量、系统中距消防泵房的最远点、系统中地势最高等综合因素考虑,分别进行计算比较确定。 消防水泵根据消防流量和压力和要求,选用流量-扬程曲线平缓的泵型。综合分析目前各类型水泵的供水性能,一般选用S型离心泵比较适合实际工程的需要,其系列特别是大型泵的系列较多,便于设计选用。除选用S型离心泵以外,有时也可采用多级离心泵,但使用较少,主要问题是多级离心泵的扬程容易满足要求,但流量都较小,不容易满足设计要求而且效率比较低,泵体外形体积也较大。 消防水泵出水管上的自动控制阀门按其阀后管网压力为零时选用较为安全,而不应考虑平时管网维持的压力,便于管网无压时能顺利地将出水管上的阀门打开。为了消防水系统平时的测试需要,在消防水泵出水管与消防水池之间需设旁通管路,以供平时测试之用。 2.2 稳压水泵的设置 稳压水泵设计应尽量选用流量-扬程曲线陡落的泵型。稳压泵的扬程根据消防系统的要求确定,稳压范围不宜过高,压力过高对管网材质和施工要求高,整个系统也易发生泄露现象,可适当低于消防水泵的扬程,但最小扬程不得低于最不利点设备所需的静压头的要求。因工业水消防系统供水范围较大,设计中一般采用连续运行的方式,故其流量较民用建筑消防中的稳压泵大。对石油化工企业而言,稳压泵流量一般可选择10~50m3/h,扬程70~80m,但应以消防系统的大小确定。稳压水泵可不设自启动。 2.3 水泵数量的确定 因消防水泵只是在消防时才使用,故消防水泵的设置不必过分考虑运行组合达到最低能耗的要求。为减少消防水泵的台数,简化消防时仪表、电气间联锁的环节,减少消防泵的面积,笔者认为消防水泵和稳压水泵均采用1用1备的形式较好,改造项目有可利用的旧设备外,备用泵和工作泵尽量采用同型号泵,电源采用双回路。如不能保证双回路,应采用内燃机作为备用动力源,泵房设计应考虑可储备机组连续运转6h的油料。
1、主管位置正确,管卡配套位置准确,伸缩节固定完好。 2、主管控制阀便于*作、拆卸。 3、主管上支管三通位置准确,水表和表前控制阀必须试压后才能安装,同时形成阀门试验记录。 4、管外径在25mm以下给水管的安装,管道在转角、水表、水龙头或角阀及管道终端的100mm处应设管卡,管卡安装必须牢固。 5、排水管道必须准确留设坡度。 6、管道支吊件制作安装应保证牢固、美观、排列整齐。安装支吊件、阻火圈应特别注意上层楼板防水。 7、施工过程中,随时对排水管口进行临时封堵。 8、安装中注意与土建施工的配合,严防穿楼板处漏水,尤其是穿管的套管与管之间的间隙。 9、施工单位各工种和各分包施工单位必须对已施工的管道做好成品保护,保证交工时管道的整洁完好。 10、所有管道施工完成后,由施工单位自检,自检完成后通知监理、甲方一起进行冲洗、通水、灌水、通球试验,并做好各种记录,若发现不合格及时处理。
