你好 一、生态原则 人居环境最根本的要求是生态结构健全,适宜于人类的生存和可持续发展。小区景观的规划设计,应首先着眼于满足生态平衡的要求,为营造良好的小区生态系统服务。 品评小区景观优劣应把握的尺度,按其重要性可依次排序为:生态尺度、舒适尺度、美观尺度。其中,生态尺度是品评小区景观水平的根本尺度。而舒适、美观,则是与小区的档次相匹配的。不同档次的小区,可以有不同的舒适尺度和美观尺度。但是,各个档次的小区,都无例外地要求具有良好的生态环境,在满足生态要求的基础上求舒适、求美观。 从生态平衡的角度来看,住宅小区景观的主要作用是通过绿景、水景、山景、石景等等设施来调节空气质量和丰富视觉感受。当然这绝不是说“绿色住宅”等于“绿化住宅”。现在讲的“绿色住宅”是由“室内环境”和包括绿景、水景等在内的一整套“室外环境”的保护、改善措施来造就的。但对景观而言,主要通过绿景、水景、山景、石景等等设施来改善环境。这一点是要说清楚的。 现在愈来愈达成这样一种共识,即小区绿化应采取“乔木、灌木、草坪立体绿化,以乔木为主”的方针。这是因为,乔木的造氧、造荫、美化功能都很好。乔木比灌、草更有利于改善空气质量,有更好的生态效益。高大乔木所形成的林荫大道、林荫广场亦更宜于居民室外休憩和观赏。杜甫诗云:“名园依绿水,野竹上青霄”。茂林、修竹皆是佳景,舒适、美观就可以兼得了。 这里所讲的美观,可以称之为“生态美”。生态结构健全的人居环境,都会给人以一种生机蓬勃的外在美感,即“生态美”。 美化人居环境可以有各种不同的美学手段和审美取向,但应将“生态美”作为的最高境界,作为首要的和主要的美学取向。 因此,笔者以为,随着小区环境的“审美”问题日益受到各方面的关注,应该把“生态美”这个美学现象作为一种科学,进行深入的研究。 二、经济原则 小区景观的经济性,就是既要顾及造园工程近期的建造成本——这关系到售价和开发利润;更要顾及长期的养护成本——这关系到物业管理费用。坚持经济原则是非常重要的。国外住宅小区的景观设计大都崇尚朴素,经济实惠,很少有不必要的铺张设施。这一点很值得我们借鉴。 三、文化艺术原则 我感到,现在应特别注意和加强研究的是小区景观的文化艺术性问题。 小区景观绝非是草树花石、亭台楼阁的简单杂乱堆砌。虽无定式,但有其高超的艺术法则。目前,各地造园水平参差不齐,既涌现了不少精品,也出现了一些不能称为成功的作品。后者大致有两类:第一类是艺术水平较差;第二类是艺术水平虽高,但有些铺张过分了,“过犹不及”,也不能算是成功。而对第一类来说,就迫切需要在提高造园艺术水平上下功夫。 当前,要十分注意防止一种倾向。即在小区景观、绿化美化上做足了文章,而却没有切实地在营造住宅内部生态环境上下功夫。外表看看很漂亮,但室内环境却不如人意,甚至很差。例如日照、通风、使用功能、结构布局、户内活动线,以及私密性等的设计方面,不符合生态和实用、舒适的要求。其中也包括了渗、漏、裂等建筑质量通病。对此,居民辄有烦言,甚至引发纠纷。
