1、办理房产赠与手续应该要先申请公证;

二、无偿赠与的房产过户流程:
(一)房屋赠与人与受赠人订立房屋赠与的书面合同,即赠与书。——房产赠与合同书范本依照规定,房屋赠与一定要采用书面形式。
(二)房屋赠与的双方当事人凭房屋所有权证、赠与合同等材料,按规定缴纳有关税费。
(三)办理公证。依照国家及当地的有关规定,房屋赠与应该办理公证手续。
(四)办理房屋所有权转移登记手续。房屋赠与当事人到房屋所在地的房地产交易中心申请转移过户登记,并提交下列材料:
(1)过户申请书;
(2)身份证件;
(3)房地产权证;
(4)赠与书及公证书;
(5)有关税费的收据。
(五)赠与人将房屋交付受赠人。这里的交付以办理房屋产权转移登记为准。
